HW energy-saving mixed flow pump

The HW mixed flow pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, cantilever volute mixed flow pump, suitable for irrigation and drainage of farmland, industry, urban water supply and drainage, and water diversion of docks and wharves.

(1) Purpose

(2) Features

　　　 Small size, light weight, large flow, high efficiency, good cavitation performance, wide and flat high-efficiency area, simple structure, use and management methods, and easy maintenance.

(3) Model description

　　　 Take 250HW-8 as an example:

　　　 250—The diameter of the inlet (outlet) of the pump is 250 mm.

　　　 8—The total pump length is 8 meters.

(4) Transmission mode of water pump

The HW series mixed flow pumps produced by our factory are dual-purpose (electric). The rotation mode depends on the power situation of each region. When ordering, determine the transmission mode of the water pump according to the model (power, speed) of the prime mover. Size or specification of coupling.

(5) Water pump steering:

　　　 From the water inlet of the pump, the impeller rotates counterclockwise (that is, it rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow).

2. Structure and function description

　　　 (1) HW type mixed flow pump is composed of main parts such as pump body, pump cover, impeller, pump shaft and bearing body.

　　　 (2) The pump cover is a part that connects the pump and the water inlet pipe. There is a specified axial end face clearance between its end face and the impeller (after the bearing axial movement clearance is eliminated, the specified axial clearance is maintained). If the gap is too small, friction will occur, and if the gap is too large, it will cause the pressure water in the pump to flow back and reduce the efficiency of the pump. Adjust the paper pad to achieve the required gap.

　　　 (3) The sealing device is composed of stuffing box, water seal box, packing gland and lead powder (or oil immersion) asbestos packing. Its functions are:

　　　　　　 1. Prevent air from being sucked into the pump during the full-bodied period, and play a sealing role.

　　　　　　 2. When pumping water, prevent excessive water flow from the pump along the axis.

　　　 (4) The shaft sleeve is used to protect the shaft from direct friction with the packing. If the shaft sleeve is found to wear too much during long-term use, the shaft sleeve can be replaced.

　　　 (5) The two supports of the water pump shaft are the bearings in the bearing body, and there is an appropriate amount of grease in the bearing body to lubricate the bearings.

　　　 (6) The water retaining ring on the shaft can prevent water from flowing into the bearing body along the pump, thereby protecting the bearing and prolonging its service life.
